I saw it yesterday (for the second time).
It's just wonderful! Besides the incredible dancing, it has the fantastic Lillias White (as
Fela's mother) in it. The book (of the play) has a couple of major problems (and one big error). However, who cares when a musical is this fantastic!! The play wasn't sold out yesterday and this bothered me. It should be standing room only! BTW -- Amazon has several of Fela's CD's and they (and his music) are well worth getting. This show has the best dancing that I've seen in over 30 years of going to musicals (bravo Bill T. Jones). Thanks for writing up this show!!
